Introduction:

The aim of education is that it should be vocationally relevant to the learners. Our College ensures that its students are geared to face the competitive job market. The Placement Cell of our college takes special efforts in Training the students for Campus drives, organizing Campus Interviews, Encouraging the students to attend Off Campus Interviews, Maintaining the Database of Final Year Students and Communicating the details of placement offers to passed out student.

Objectives:

To enhance their soft skills.
To learn how to showcase their skills to the recruiters.
To develop cognitive skills using Quantitative Analysis.

With the guidance of Team Everest, 87 UG & PG students completed the online programme “Job Readiness Skills for Girls.” On 16.02.2026, certificates and kits were distributed to the first 58 students by Mr.Ram Charan, Senior Associate of Team Everest & Ms.Dilsana, Associate of Team Everest

A three-day placement training programme was organized for final year UG&PG students from 21.1.2026 to 23.1.2026. Mr. A. Manoj Kumar, Aspire Training Services, Coimbatore, gave aptitude training on “Aptitude Tricks for Placement Phase-I”. 238 students got benefitted through this programme

TMB Pre- Placement Orientation Programme for final year UG and PG students. Mr.A.Rajavel, Deputy Vice President and Assistant Managers Ms.A.Steffi , Mr.M.Dhachina Moorthy & Mr.T.Elango were given the orientation on 05.01.2026. 150 students were benefited.

On 16.12.2025, an Orientation Programme titled “ Job Readiness Skills for girls” was conducted for final year UG & PG students. The session was led by Mr.S.Sidharam & Mr.R.Ramcharan from Team Everest

Placement Training Programme on “Aptitude Tricks for Placement - Phase I” on 17.09.2025-19.09.2025

INTRA HACKATHON 2024 program was jointly organized with Placement Cell “A Centre for Innovation & Development of Entrepreneurship”, “Industry Institution Interaction CELL” for the final year UG and all PG students on 06.09.2024. 76 students participated in this programme

On Campus Drive for the post of “Communicative English Trainers” was conducted by Nice Education for the final year UG & PG students nn 7.03.2025. 43 students participated and 22 were selected and received their offer letters

Placement training was given to the TMB interview candidates on on 15.06.2023. Dr.V.C. Priyadharshini and Dr.S.Sobana trained and guided the candidates.
