Aida Fabric 

An even holed fabric which has spaced holes that form a grid of squares and is used for counted thread work

Batting 

Natural or manmade wadding used for quilting.

Canvas work 

a type of embroidery worked on canvas. Stitches are placed evenly by counting the canvas threads.

Duck Cloth  

 

Tightly woven fabric that provides wind and snag resistance.

Etched Tone Buttons 

A more upscale horn tone button with an etched pattern.

Fill Stitch 

Series of parallel running stitches commonly used to cover large areas

Herringbone

A chevron or zig-zag pattern, knit into fabric.

Jump Stitch 

Movement of the pantograph without needle penetration
